i liked that the location was right on the beach. there were restaurants and markets nearby too. the staff seemed friendly and helpful. the pool area was quite large. there was nightly entertainment available.
the rooms felt a bit dated. i think they need a makeover to feel cleaner. breakfast buffet seemed limited and not very fresh. the kids club was closed.

the grounds present beautiful features with numerous areas for on-site meals and beverages. i found the location excellent being right on the beach.
The air conditioning was noisy. It emitted high pitch squeaks from fans. humidity in the room was a concern, and i experienced difficulties maintaining a consistent and comfortable temperature.

Underwhelming stay. Issues needing addressing

The lack of attention to detail was noticeable! the bathroom had some mold and a broken toilet seat. i also had to ask for soap and towels instead of them being readily available. it seemed like i was constantly chasing down housekeeping. And that is just not the experience i expected.

the grounds was well maintained with lots of greenery.
The room was not good, it had loose power fitting and the bathroom was tiny. After taking a shower, the floors become wet. the bed was hard and too creaky to sleep comfortably.
